High-pressure hoses are available in different dimensions, coil lengths and versions. Selected items are supplied pre-filled with NLGI class 2 grease, while other versions are supplied empty.

Technical Information

High-pressure hoses in the 600–840 bar range are designed for grease and centralized lubrication systems.

The hose consists of an inner polyamide PA6 tube embedded in polyester reinforcement. A thermoplastic polyurethane outer casing protects the hose and contributes to its high mechanical strength.

The multi-layer construction provides high compressive strength while maintaining the flexibility required for installation on industrial machinery.

Thermoplastic polyurethane forms the protective outer casing.
Operating Temperature −40°C to +80°C For grease with corrosion protection additives: maximum +70°C.
Pressure Test >840 bar DIN EN ISO 1402, pressurisation 60 s, measured at 20°C.
Pressure at 60°C >460 bar High-pressure performance at elevated temperature.
Flexibility 20 / 45 mm Permissible bending radius depending on hose dimension at 20°C.
High pressure hose assembly
High-pressure hose assembly for centralized lubrication systems. Hose ends can be prepared with compatible screw sleeves and tube studs.
